PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns (30 Days)
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and included components.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use may be refused.
Hygiene-sensitive items must be returned in a clean, unused condition and may be non-returnable if opened/used.

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please do not return items to the sender address on the package unless we confirm it.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting:

After 1 hour, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled. You may still return eligible items after delivery in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover any applicable return shipping.
Customs & Fees
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged on returns are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
